'Invalid License Code' message

If you are receiving this error message when entering your license code into XcomTools, please ensure that you COPY and PASTE your license details into the software because typing often makes mistakes. For how to COPY and PASTE, please click here.

The fully functional registered version is activated by entering your Order Email or License Code into the free evaluation version.

You should download the latest version of XcomTools from this link: www.XcomTools.com/Download/

Install then open XcomTools and click on the ' Enter License ' button, then Copy and Paste the Name and License referenced below into the two registration textbox fields.

If the problems persists, please check the following reasons:
1. Your license code has become expired, if the case is like this, please click here to upgrade your license code.

2. Your Order Email or License Code had been used by others, then please click here to contact us and we will issue new license code for you. Please tell us your order email and order number in your email so we can deal with your request immediately.

3. You never order XcomTools before. You will receive this error message when you typed any email address or any license code. If the case is like this, please click here to order XcomTools.

Sometimes reinstalling XcomTools can fix this issue.
1. Close XcomTools (if open)
2. Navigate to Start - Programs - XcomTools - Uninstall
3. When uninstallation is complete, please reinstall XcomTools


4. When the File Download dialog box appears click the ' Run' button and wait for the file to completely download. For the details about download and install XcomTools, please click here.
