What is browser history?
For most computer users, it is difficult to make out how the computer works or the computer operation theory. It seems that others can not know what websites we visited if we close the websites. Actually, almost all of our actions on the computer are recorded in the particular positions. Some browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, are used frequently. All the web addresses you visited, the files and pictures you read are saved in a file folder which is in the browser. The files, folders, websites and pictures you read or visited are called browser history. If necessary, all these can be found out.

What are cookies?
Computer cookies are often referred to by computer users. However, what are cookies? It is a kind of technology that allows the server to save a small amount of data to the client's hard disk or memory, or allows the server to read some data from the client's hard disk or memory. Cookie is a very small text file that is placed on the hard disk by web server when you visit a certain website. It can record your user ID, password, pages viewed, time spent on the website and other information. When you visit the same website again, the website reads cookies and obtains the relevant information, the corresponding actions are done immediately, for example, you don't have to enter your ID and passwords when you visit the same website again if you select the corresponding service. What will happen if your computer is attacked by malware, spyware or hackers? All your personal information will be accessed easily. It is much easier to know what you have done on your computer. The consequence is disastrous. If you want to keep your personal information or privacy in a safe environment, it is necessary and important to clean browser history and cookies completely. This will greatly enhance your computer security. Even if some bad activex or malicious plug-ins invade the browser without your recognition, the important information will not be stolen. How to clean them?
Most of us don't clean browser histories and cookies regularly because we don't know much about the internet browsers. You can clean the browser histories and cookies by yourself. For Internet Explorer, click 'Tool'-->Click 'Internet Option'-->turn to 'General’ tab-->Under 'Browsing History', click 'Delete', a prompt pops up and you can select cookie and history and then click 'Delete'.
